HR Operation Lead

The HR Operation Lead will be responsible for managing onboarding and employment administration, recruitment operations, and HR data and reporting for assigned work sites. They will also advise line managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, and manage employee relations matters.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 6 years experience in full spectrum of HR operations
• Knowledgeable in local employment rules and regulation
• Ability to understand site operation issues, risks, practices and workforce challenges
• Independently manages assigned business sites and HR projects
• Good interpersonal and consulting skills to interact with multiple stakeholders
