Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated HR Operations professional to build and shape the entire employee experience from the ground up in our Singapore office, transforming our technological marvel into an indispensable tool for the world's leading creators.
Requirements
- 4+ years of HR operations or generalist experience, with at least 2 years based in Singapore.
- Deep working knowledge of Singapore employment law, MOM regulations, CPF, and statutory leave requirements.
- Working knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and compliance in Singapore, either directly or through HRIS/payroll vendors.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently and making decisions without an established playbook.
- Strong communicator who can explain complex policy or compliance topics clearly to employees and leadership alike.
