Job Description
Prudential is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead the delivery of HR Operations for the PSS Singapore office, ensuring effective execution of employee lifecycle services, payroll administration, and statutory compliance within established Group and local HR frameworks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR Operations/HR service delivery with 5+ years in a managerial role
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience with HR system (Workday specifically) and payroll system
- Knowledge of Singapore regulations and experience in managing statutory needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions
