5 years of trade experience, high school diploma, and completed apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
Yard Crew
Minimum 5 years in general construction, High school Diploma or equivalent, Pass Bennett Mechanical Diagnostic with a minimum score of 80%
Process Control Engineer
3 years of experience in Process Control engineering in paper mill operations or advanced degree in Engineering with any manufacturing facility environment. Strong knowledge of process control principles and control system architecture
Summer Internship: Mechanical Engineering
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field, 1-2 years of experience in related field, proficiency in Office M365 products
Stores Specialist
High school diploma or GED, 1-3 years of experience (for Stores Specialist I), 3-5+ years of experience (for Stores Specialist II)
Lab Technician (I, II, III) - Pulp & Paper
High school diploma or associate/bachelor's degree in science, mathematics, or laboratory methods. 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or industrial operations
Entry Level Operator
High school diploma, 18 years old, ability to pass physical capacities test, and capable of being trained for Emergency Response
Journey Mechanic
5 years trade experience, vibration monitoring tools experience, and RCM/predictive maintenance knowledge required
Pulp Mill Shift Supervisor
5-10 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry and a degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pulp and Paper Science
Instrumentation and Process Tech Supervisor
5 years of experience including leadership of personnel, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience
