Instrumentation and Process Tech Supervisor will provide direct leadership to Instrument Tech and Process Tech maintenance crews and contractors performing mill corrective maintenance work, preventive/predictive maintenance, and reliability improvement.
Requirements
- Provides daily direction and supervision to the Instrument and Process Tech crews.
- Ensures work orders are planned/scheduled including safety provisions, job plans, and as done work history.
- Meets daily with the crew to ensure business objectives are being met as it pertains to safety, environmental, quality, cost, and productivity.
- Ensures work is coordinated with maintenance, production, scheduling/planning, and mill contractors.
- Schedules the crew work and accurately documents pay compensation.
- Implements and adheres to E&I and Process Control best practices as outlined by site leadership (completed work orders, planned, scheduled, predictive, and preventive) and reliability improvement.
- Have a performance/objective tracking system in place and visible to crews.
- Works as part of the maintenance team as a service group to production, engineering, and management.
