Portless is reinventing e-commerce logistics by letting brands ship directly from the factory floor in Asia to customers worldwide. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be the analytical engine for our GTM teams, owning and evolving core GTM dashboards and conducting deep-dive analyses to proactively surface risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- 3β5+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Strategy & Operations role within a B2B SaaS company.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards in modern BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
- A keen business acumen with the ability to translate data into a compelling narrative for GTM leaders.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple departments.
