Housing Specialist

Positive Impact Health Centers is a community leader in providing HIV prevention, care and treatment services in Metro Atlanta. We are seeking a Housing Specialist to provide comprehensive housing services to clients who receive housing assistance via the agency's housing programs.

Requirements

• Develop a housing procurement, financial and self-sufficiency case management plan with clients
• Assist in the development of and encourage adherence to a personal budget and budget counseling sessions
• Work in interdisciplinary teams to provide wrap-around services to program participants
• Assess housing-related requests efficiently
• Monitor housing project goals and work to achieve housing project deliverables
