Job Description
Positive Impact Health Centers is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Bilingual (Spanish) to assist pharmacists in storing, preparing, dispensing, and reconciling medications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of Patient Assistance Programs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Assist pharmacist(s) in storing, preparing, dispensing, reconciling, and charging of all medications
- Accurately prepares medication orders for dispensing by the pharmacist
- Enter patient and medication order information into pharmacy fill software
- Process, submit, and troubleshoot insurance claims
- Serve as Spanish-speaking translator or direct language resource on behalf of pharmacy team
