Job Description
The Pharmacy Technician supports the safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of prescription medications under the direct or remote supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active and in good standing Arizona Pharmacy Technician (or Trainee) license
- Active and in good standing national certification (e.g., PTCB, ExCPT)
- 1,000 hours of experience working as a pharmacy technician in an outpatient setting under the direct supervision of a pharmacist (if remote role)
- Valid and unrestricted Arizona driver’s license
- Pass a criminal background check and obtain a Class I Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Pass substance abuse testing
- Provide an up-to-date immunization (IZ) record
- Current Tuberculosis (TB) skin test report within the past 12 months
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
