Job Description
Postman is seeking an AI Ecosystem Head to lead the strategic alignment of AI development with the growing API ecosystem and partner integrations. This role focuses on expanding AI-driven API collaboration, leveraging agentic capabilities, and fostering partnerships to amplify Postman's AI platform's impact. The company is headquartered in San Francisco and has offices in Boston, New York, and Bangalore.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing AI or platform ecosystem teams, preferably in API-centric or developer platform companies.
- Strong technical background in AI, machine learning, and API platforms with hands-on experience in developing or integrating AI-driven APIs or agents.
- Deep understanding of API ecosystems, platform strategy, and partner management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate complex projects involving product, engineering, partnerships, and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for AI safety, ethical AI development, and building scalable, user-centric platforms.
