Job Description
Postman is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the Performance Automation and Monitoring team. The team is redefining how developers test and validate performance at Postman, building enterprise-grade performance, automation, and monitoring platforms. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with strong experience building distributed backend systems at scale and a passion for applying Agentic AI to improve developer workflows.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong experience building distributed backend systems at scale
- Experience working on performance testing, reliability, automation, or observability platforms
