Lead Maintenance Technician

Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring proper use of workers, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity, creating work schedules, monitoring employees, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree in electrical or mechanical technology
• 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance group
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire suppression and detection systems
• Previous leadership experience
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical measuring instruments
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality System, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and Inventory Management
