Job Description
The Lead Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency of the manufacturing facility, working on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic systems repair, and equipment calibration.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical Degree or College Diploma in Industrial Technology preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and hydraulics.
- 5+ years of hands-on industrial hydraulic systems experience.
- Electrical License or 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience.
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
