Job description
The Lead Maintenance Technician is a hands-on, working lead responsible for supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment while providing day-to-day leadership to maintenance technicians.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems. Provide daily work direction to maintenance technicians, including task assignments and prioritization.
This role requires a strong safety awareness and troubleshooting skills, with experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance and proven ability to lead work execution and coach peers.
