People Experience Coordinator

The People Experience Coordinator represents the SOURCE department to internal and external customers by delivering an exceptional, people-first experience in every interaction. This role serves as a key connection point across the organization, supporting employees, leaders, and guests with a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and care.

Requirements

• Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors, delivering a high-quality, service-oriented experience
• Support the coordination and execution of People Experience activities, ensuring work is organized, tracked, and completed with accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with employee inquiries and requests, helping to facilitate solutions through collaboration with internal partners
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all interactions and work
• Support team priorities and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to “jump in” where support is required
