Customer Technical Support, SCADA and EMS Systems. Provide remote technical guidance to customers, troubleshoot hardware, software, and firmware issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems.
Requirements
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming support requests
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date support tickets
- Collaborate cross-functionally on complex problems
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Contribute to internal knowledge base articles
