The Contracts and Commercial Manager will manage commercial and contractual arrangements between the Company and its customers, suppliers, and partners, working closely with cross-functional teams to negotiate and manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

- Develop and monitor commercial and contractual strategies
- Negotiate and manage contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of contractual and commercial performance
- Manage the contract database and ensure all contracts are up-to-date and properly documented
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on contract and commercial matters
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
