
Job description
The Document Controller ensures that documents are properly received, recorded, and distributed within the organization, adhering to ISO standards and company policies. The role involves maintaining an organized document control system, facilitating document review and approval processes, and performing quality checks.
Maintain an efficient document control system, receive and distribute documents, ensure proper labeling and storage, monitor document revisions, and assist in document creation and editing. Perform regular audits and quality checks, provide training and support, and generate reports.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ISO documentation standards, records management principles, and ERP systems, preferably SAP. They will also possess good communication skills, resilience, and leadership abilities.
