
Job description
The Document Controller ensures that documents are properly received, recorded, and distributed within the organization. The role involves adopting company quality policies and procedures, maintaining document control systems, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
Maintain an organized document control system, receive and distribute documents, ensure proper labeling and storage, monitor document revisions, and facilitate document review and approval processes.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ISO documentation standards, experience with document control systems, and good working knowledge of English. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of working experience, with 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
