
Job description
The Senior Document Controller oversees and manages the organization, distribution, and tracking of documents within a project or organization. They ensure accurate recording, storage, and accessibility of documents to authorized personnel. They may supervise a team, develop document control procedures, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with document management requirements.
Supervise document control activities, oversee document organization and distribution, track document revisions, and develop document control procedures. Train and mentor document control staff, liaise with stakeholders, and conduct regular audits and quality checks.
This role requires knowledge of ISO documentation standards, records management principles, and Microsoft Office software. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in a relevant role, and proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
