The Facilities Management Engineer oversees workers who maintain and repair building systems, evaluates problematic systems, and coordinates maintenance engineering functions.

Requirements

• Monitor repair defect issues
• Ensure speedy response for all on-call maintenance jobs
• Maintain and keep records of maintenance works
• Document repair works and associated details
• Facilitate renovation and ensure documentation
• Ensure posted schedule of routine check-up is displayed and updated
• Conduct actual site visit and inspection
• Ensure all group members use PPE
• Oversee maintenance on plant processing equipment
• Perform or direct engineering evaluations and studies
• Conduct on-job-training to direct reports
• Monitor performance and provides coaching for performance improvement
