Facilities Management Engineer

The Facilities Management Engineer oversees maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and other building systems. This position coordinates maintenance engineering functions with design, maintenance, engineering, and operations departments.

Requirements

• Monitor repair defect issues for plant, equipment, and buildings
• Ensure speedy response for all on-call maintenance jobs
• Maintain and keep records of maintenance works
• Document repair works and associated details
• Facilitate renovation with documentation
• Ensure posted schedule of routine check-up is displayed
• Conduct site visits and inspections
• Oversee maintenance on plant processing equipment
• Perform engineering evaluations and studies
• Conduct on-job-training to direct reports
• Monitor performance and provide coaching for performance improvement
