Facilities Management Engineer

The Facilities Management Engineer oversees workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, and other building systems. Coordinates maintenance engineering functions with design, maintenance, engineering, and operations departments.

Requirements

• Monitor repair defect issues with minor or zero re-works
• Ensure speedy response for all ‘on-call’ maintenance jobs
• Maintain records of past and future maintenance works
• Document all repair works and associated details
• Facilitate renovation with documentation
• Conduct site visits and inspections
• Ensure minimal effect of loss time to workshop operation
• Oversee maintenance on plant processing equipment
• Perform engineering evaluations and studies
• Conduct on-job-training for direct reports
• Monitor performance and provides coaching for improvement
