Facilities Management Engineer

The Facilities Management Engineer oversees workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems, and coordinates maintenance engineering functions with design, maintenance, engineering, and operations departments.

Requirements

• Monitor repair defect issues with minor or zero re-works
• Ensure speedy response for all ‘on-call’ maintenance jobs
• Maintain and keep records of maintenance works done and future schedules
• Document all repair works and associated details
• Facilitate renovation and ensure documentation is up-to-date
• Conduct site visits and inspections
• Ensure minimal effect of loss time to workshop operation
• Oversee and schedule maintenance on plant processing equipment
• Perform or direct engineering evaluations and studies
• Conduct on-job-training to direct reports
• Monitor performance and provides coaching for performance improvement
