The Facilities Management Engineer oversees workers who maintain and repair building systems, evaluates problematic systems, and determines necessary installation or repair services. Coordinates maintenance engineering functions with design, maintenance, engineering, and operations departments.
Requirements
- Monitor repair defect issues with minor or zero re-works
- Ensure speedy response for all “on-call” maintenance jobs
- Maintain and keep records of maintenance works
- Document all repair works and associated details
- Facilitate renovation with documentation
- Ensure posted schedule of routine check-up is displayed
- Conduct site visit and inspection with zero accidents
- Oversee and schedule maintenance on plant processing equipment
- Perform or direct engineering evaluations and studies
- Conduct on-job-training to direct reports
- Monitor performance and provide coaching for improvement
- Knowledge in building facility maintenance
- Knowledge of local codes and regulations
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
