Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for carrying out detailed quantification for multi-disciplinary projects, preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates, managing project budgets, and administering construction contracts.

Requirements

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Manage project budgets throughout the construction process
• Administer construction contracts
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings
• Implement cost control measures to manage project expenses effectively
• Identify and assess project risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure construction work meets quality standards and specifications
• Prepare regular progress reports and cost reports for project stakeholders
• Assist in resolving disputes and claims related to cost, quantity, and contract issues
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives
