Job Description
We are seeking an Aquatics Coordinator to provide leadership and direction to the aquatic department associates at The Chelsea Wellness Center. The successful candidate will ensure the aquatic department is providing the highest level of programming and customer service to members and guests.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Current Lifeguard certification from a nationally recognized organization
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a lifeguard
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire
- Water Safety Instructor certification or other applicable certification
