Job Description
The Aquatic Coordinator is responsible for the programs and activities conducted in the facility aquatics and pool area and supervision of aquatic instructors and lifeguards.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- AED / CPR Certified
- Current Lifeguard Certification through the American Red Cross, United States Lifesaving Association (USLA), or American Lifeguard Association (ALA)
- One (1) year experience in a supervisory role within the health/fitness or aquatics industry
- Three (3) years’ experience as a lifeguard
