
Job description
As a Process Engineer, you will develop, evaluate, design, and optimize manufacturing and filling processes to reduce variability, improve process consistency, and minimize waste. You will support continuous improvement, technology transfer, and process safety by ensuring robust process design and disciplined execution.
Develop manufacturing recipes, batch tickets, and process instructions, lead First Lot Control activities, manage manufacturing processes using statistical methods, and lead root cause analysis for process abnormalities.
This role requires a strong background in chemical process engineering, process safety, and Process Safety Management (PSM) principles, as well as experience with process automation concepts and statistical analysis. You will work collaboratively with various teams to troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
