Job description
Lead the Process Engineering team to optimize, standardize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for coatings products. Improve technical innovation and collaboration to achieve quality, efficiency, safety, and cost targets across the plant.
Implement continuous improvement plans, analyze process data, oversee scale-up processes, define technical requirements, and lead engineering projects. Work with Quality Assurance to ensure manufacturing processes meet internal standards and customer specifications.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and +5 years of experience in chemical or coatings manufacturing. Must have Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt, PMP, and experience managing teams and engineering projects.
