Production Supervisor, 3rd Shift

Role Overview

As a Production Supervisor in the Solventborne Plant, you will directly manage hourly union associates on shift and coordinate all department activities with the help of your other shift supervisory teams. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will plan each day's work based on available personnel, equipment, and materials.

What You Will Do

Manage salary and hourly employees, coordinate production activities, maintain frequent contact with Quality Assurance, Operations Planning, Engineering, and Maintenance, and ensure product quality specifications are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
• Understanding of safety protocols and quality control measures
• Knowledge of production scheduling and resource management
• Experience managing processes, implementing process changes, resource planning, and production scheduling
• Experience with Lean Methodology, process improvement initiatives, and 5S practices
