Production Supervisor (3rd shift)

Role Overview

As a Production Supervisor (3rd shift), you will report to the Resin Operations Manager and drive safety, quality, and productivity of teams to ensure goals are met through the development of and adherence to standardized work.

What You Will Do

You will lead the assigned Production Area, ensuring a focus on safety, risk reduction, and continuous improvement. You will also maintain the safety program, facilitate a “Safety First” culture, and manage production progress.

Requirements

• HS Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 3+ years' experience in production, and previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Chemical or batch manufacturing preferred
• Previous experience with ERP systems, Oracle preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, to bend, and stand or walk for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
