Job description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all second-shift manufacturing operations within their area of responsibility. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production while meeting customer specifications, delivery timelines, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and coordinate second-shift production activities, including batching, mixing, filling, and packaging of automotive coatings. Monitor workflow, equipment utilization, and labor efficiency to maximize output.
Strong leadership and team management skills are required. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools is also necessary.
