Job Description
The General Counsel will manage legal risks, resolve disputes, and provide ongoing legal assistance for business transactions, while adhering to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Law from a recognized university
- Legal qualification such as bar is preferred
- 15 years of relevant experience in a similar sector
- 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in legal function
