We are seeking a Sr HubSpot Administrator to own day-to-day configuration and governance of HubSpot, manage user roles, permissions, and system settings across multiple brands and BUs, establish and enforce governance standards for naming conventions, workflows, and reporting, and maintain sandboxes and change control processes to ensure stability and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience
- Experience administering HubSpot in a complex environment with multiple BUs or brands
- Extensive experience managing HubSpot lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, and multi-brand campaign structures
- Experience configuring and delivering Marketing reports and dashboard using HubSpot native reporting tools
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM) as they apply to marketing systems
- Proficiency in data governance, deduplication, normalization, and integration with third-party tools
- Strong understanding of SaaS administration best practices, including identity management, system integrations, and data governance; experience with APIs, Zapier, or middleware tools a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams; comfortable balancing enterprise standards with brand-level needs
- HubSpot Admin, HubSpot Marketing Software, and/or Salesforce Admin certifications required
