Job Description
We're looking for a HubSpot power user who thinks like a systems architect to own our HubSpot environment end-to-end and martech stack, including evaluation, integration, and rationalisation of tools across marketing and revenue operations.
Requirements
- Hands-on, admin-level HubSpot expertise: complex workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring & routing, automation architecture
- Strong experience with the HubSpot–Salesforce integration: field mapping, sync rules, lifecycle alignment, debugging data issues
- 3–5+ years in a Marketing Operations role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a tech environment
- Strong understanding of funnel mechanics: MQL, SQL, pipeline, attribution
