Job Description
We are looking for a HubSpot power user to own our HubSpot environment, design and maintain workflows, and integrate with Salesforce. You will be responsible for ensuring our lead lifecycle, data flows, and automation logic are clean, scalable, and aligned with how we generate and convert pipeline.
Requirements
- Hands-on, admin-level HubSpot expertise: complex workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring & routing, automation architecture
- Strong experience with the HubSpot–Salesforce integration: field mapping, sync rules, lifecycle alignment, debugging data issues
- 3–5+ years in a Marketing Operations role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a tech environment
- Strong understanding of funnel mechanics: MQL, SQL, pipeline, attribution
- Analytical mindset — able to identify and fix system and data issues quickly
