Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with over 8 years of expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) design, governance, and data modeling. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB best practices, workflows, and data governance to deliver high-quality CMDB solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including hands-on expertise in CMDB design, governance, and data modeling.
- Proven experience in leading CMDB projects and implementing best practices for configuration management within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices, particularly Configuration Management, and how they apply to CMDB management.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) CMDB certification or equivalent.
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, or Service Mapping.
- Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) best practices and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with automated reconciliation, data normalization, and data quality frameworks.
