Job Description
The Live Casino Team Manager provides leadership and management to dealers, ensuring high standards are maintained. They coach and mentor staff, manage absences, and contribute to learning and development activities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar job.
- Academic qualification in Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.
- Very good PC skills (Office 365).
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Very good time management.
- Conflict Management abilities.
- Leadership/mentoring skills.
- Availability to work shifts.
