Job Description
Manage and lead dealers in a live casino team, ensuring high standards and providing coaching and mentoring. Assist in recruitment and handle absence, disciplinary, and grievance issues. Identify individual development needs and plan learning and development activities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous management experience
- Academic qualification in Management is a plus
- Experience in the iGaming or Live Casino industry
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Advanced level of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Availability to work shifts
