Job Description
ARRISE sets the benchmark for service delivery and excellence in the iGaming industry. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Training Manager responsible for overseeing and managing the training and development of product.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of managerial experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong leadership mentality and ability to guide teams towards achieving strategic objectives
- Proficient in strategic planning and decision-making
- Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and training programs is preferred
