Job Description
The Clinical Lead Team provides clinical leadership, oversight, and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care. They support clinicians through consultation, training, and mentorship, promote consistency in clinical practice, and collaborate with program leadership to maintain compliance and improve client outcomes.

- Experienced
- Provide consultation and support to treatment teams
- Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to evidence-based and best practice standards
- Assist with treatment planning, documentation requirements, and clinical decision-making
- Support risk management, crisis response, and consultation on complex cases
