Job Description
This is a full-time, 9-month, non-tenure track position in the area of Human Nutrition and Food. The lecturer will teach courses in dietetics and serve as Director of the Dietetic Internship Program.
Requirements
- M.S. in Nutritional Sciences, Clinical Nutrition, or related areas
- One to two years of undergraduate teaching experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating a DI program, effective teaching, and written and oral communication skills
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible to be credentialed to practice in the State of Texas
