Role Overview

Responsible for running converting machines, including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. Works in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on efficiency and quality.

What You Will Do

Set up and operate converting machines, inspect dies, monitor box quality, train and assist other team members, complete reports, and maintain equipment.

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in a packaging environment
