Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Role Overview

Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating production machines, setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to meet customer demand. The role is part of a team that serves customers 24/7, 365 days a year.

What You Will Do

Operate production machines, follow GMPs, learn and comply with quality procedures, maximize equipment utilization, and improve set up times and downtime. Train and assist other employees, complete reports, and turn in maintenance work orders.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, previous experience in the packaging industry, and strong attention to detail. They must be able to work safely, follow instructions, and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
