Requirements

• 5+ years of prior experience operating a WARD Flexo with 4 Colors
• Ability to read and follow instructions related to safety, quality, and job procedures
• Strong mathematical skills for calculations such as percentages, volume, and measurements
• Mechanical understanding to identify equipment issues and improve machine performance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform carious tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and reaching
• Lift Truck Operator License may be required
