Job Description
Perform polishing operations with bench mounted equipment or hand-held tools to refurbish aircraft engine components to meet quality standards. Support surface preparation processes such as blasting and finishing. Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
Requirements
- ‘O’ levels or NITEC in Engineering or relevant qualifications.
- Min 2 years’ relevant experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to understand and follow standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Basic oral and written English language skill.
- Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with the equipment and tools.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
- Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required.
