We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to oversee leasing operations at our affordable housing community governed by Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Property Management Experience
- 2 + years' experience in Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance, certification and recertification
- Must hold a certification related to LIHTC or compliance, such as TCS or COS?
- Excellent and premiere customer service orientation
- Be able to perform job duties with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accounts receivable and collections experience
- 2 years recertification experience or professional certification such as Certified Occupancy Specialist and any of the industry LIHTC designations
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently on assignments
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, One-Site Property Management Software and Internet
