Compliance Specialist - Affordable Housing

Compliance Specialist responsible for providing on-site leasing and compliance for residential multifamily apartment communities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to low-income housing.

Requirements

• Affordable housing experience
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of three (3) years recertification experience
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), or any of the industry HUD and LIHTC designations
• Section 8 or Public Housing experience
• Tax Credit experience
• Public Housing experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish is desired
