General Manager - Residential Property Management

General Manager is responsible for managing operations and maximizing financial value of a diverse, multi-site residential apartment portfolio. An associate in this position will be assigned by the VP to manage different properties in a region or regions.

Requirements

• Manage operations and maximize financial value of a diverse, multi-site residential apartment portfolio
• Supervise on-site staff, including hiring, training, and corrective measures
• Maintain awareness of market/industry conditions and trends
• Prepare and implement annual budget in coordination with owners and asset managers
• Maintain a positive customer service attitude
